Fortnite’s latest update for Battle Royale has dropped, bringing with it some exciting new content in v19.20.

Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1 has so far seen the addition of some cool features. From Tornadoes to Klombos to the return of Tilted Towers, this final season had something for everyone. Thanks to this latest update, it looks like Season 1 shows no signs of slowing down. With a new POI and a few twists on some classic weapons, this latest update is sure to shake things up once again.

Below, we’ve detailed everything fans can expect to see in the latest update.

Deep in the mountains north of Camp Cuddle, a new high-tech POI has appeared: Covert Cavern. Navigate its central waterway and harvest materials from its many facilities.

Covert Cavern is home to a mythical version of the Stinger SMG, possessing more power and recoil than a regular model. But it won’t be easy to grasp.

The Heavy Shotgun has not been vaulted, although it is now single bullet, longer range, and requires more accuracy.

Find the Heavy Shotgun on the ground, in normal and rare chests, and in supply drops. The new Heavy Shotgun is available in all rarities.

Note: The new Heavy Shotgun is unable to penetrate multiple targets, unlike the classic Heavy. This is a bug that will be fixed in a future game update.

Masks from Le Havre

As part of the Chapter 3 Season 1: Haven Battle Pass outfit, players can now begin to unlock Haven Masks. Collect feathers from chests around the island, then spend your feathers in the “Masks of Haven” section of the Battle Pass tab. Each mask has a special quest to complete to make the mask available to trade.

XP in creation

Usually, Creative Islands undergo “calibration” before they start granting Battle Pass XP from your in-game commendations (which sometimes takes several days). Now with v19.20, if you have triggered an Accolade before calibration is complete, you will be rewarded with XP once available.
