Fortnite Crew Subscribers Not Getting Latest Battle Pass

Fortnite is one of the most popular battle royale games in the world. It currently boasts of having between 2.5 and 4 million daily players.

The game is free, so you can try it without spending anything. Its monetization system is based on micropayments for cosmetic items or certain special characters.

The game also offers Fortnite Crew as a monthly subscription offering multiple benefits. For example, Fortnite Crew subscribers will still have access to new Battle Passes that are coming out.

However, currently many Fortnite Crew subscribers are facing an issue where they cannot get the latest Chapter 3 – Season 4 Battle Pass.

Fortnite Crew Subscribers Not Getting Chapter 3 – Season 4 Battle Pass

According to multiple reports, the new Chapter 3 – Season 4 Battle Pass is not available for many Fortnite Crew subscribers.

Help claiming the Battle Pass

I own the Fortnite crew, and this season he didn’t claim the battle pass. He would go all the way and stop, without giving it to me. Is there anything I can do, I’m willing to spend v bux, if I’m required to, or cancel and buy again. Also, I had issues when I launched the game.

Can’t Claim Battle Pass Through Fortnite Crew

When I opened Fortnite this morning I expected to get the battle pass immediately but no, when I try to claim it it just sends me to the battle pass screen and it doesn’t matter how many many times i restart my console or game it wont let me claim this.

Many Crew subscribers had to purchase the latest Battle Pass separately to start playing it and not be left behind in terms of stats for the Competitive Zone.

Official recognition

The Epic Games team is already aware of the issue and working to fix it, but there is no ETA for a fix yet.

We are investigating an issue preventing some active Fortnite Crew subscribers from receiving the Battle Pass.

We will provide an update when we have more information.

According to a player, Crew subscribers who purchased the Battle Pass separately will receive a refund of 950 Vbucks (Fortnite in-game currency) once the issue is resolved.

We will update this story as events unfold.
