In today’s Halo Infinite Season 2 live stream, we got our first look at the full Lone Wolves Battle Pass and a mysterious teaser that hacked the stream.
Halo Infinite just got a brand new community livestream, focused on Season 2. This will be Halo’s first major update since Infinite launched in early November 2021, and it’s a much needed content drop. .
Recently, we learned more about all the game modes coming to Halo Infinite Season 2, including Last Spartan Standing. And it finally looks like 343 Industries is starting to give us some of our favorite ways to play.
But the biggest news right now isn’t being announced anytime soon – if it’s even real! In recent weeks, leaks for the long-awaited Halo Infinite Battle Royale have plummeted.
While not every Halo fan is looking for a BR to join the game, it’s worth noting that there appears to be a completely separate studio developing the mode. And judging by these Halo Infinite Battle Royale settings, it’s going to be a massive experience.
But before that appears, if it ever does, 343 Industries has more to reveal about Halo Infinite Season 2.
Halo Infinite Season 2 – Seasonal Narrative and Drop Pods
We finally get more information about Halo Infinite Season 2 and its potential narrative, thanks to a brand new Livestream.
The show began with 343 Industries stating that their current priorities are Season 2’s Lone Wolves Expedition and improving the quality of life for Halo Infinite’s current player base.
These QOF enhancements will be shipped via what 343 is called Drop Pods.
Drop Pods will be Halo Infinite updates that will be released more frequently than seasonal updates. 343 hopes to reach a pace where Drop Pods are delivered monthly.
Next, 343 Industries gave us our first look at the Lone Wolves Season 2 intro cinematic! It features two Spartans returning from a mission in critical condition.
343 teased that those Spartans may have found something dangerous on the ground and brought it back to the main base. It will be interesting to see what the full cutscene reveals when Halo Infinite Season 2 releases.
On the show, the Halo Infinite team also gave us a visual walkthrough of the 2 new maps coming in Season 2 at launch.
As well as a first look at the contents of the Season 2 Lone Wolves Battle Pass.

Halo Infinite Season 2: Battle Pass and Lone Wolves Teaser
Players will now be able to earn a Battle Core through free Battle Pass progression.
The battle pass will also include 1000 credits that players can earn as they progress through premium tiers.
343 Industries has also completely removed consumables and emblems for premium battle pass tiers.
Players will also be able to switch between Battle Passes they have purchased. Only premium pass holders will have this option. Players who only have the Free Pass will not be able to switch between Battle Passes.
While 343 Industries showed off the Battle Pass content, the live stream was hacked in what appears to be a teaser of what’s to come in Halo Infinite Season 2.

When it comes to Halo Infinite Season 2’s Fracture event, the Entrenched Armor Core looks like a must-have.
343 Industries is also looking to add customization options to give players more freedom when it comes to Spartans.
They hope to remove the Core System as Season 2 progresses.
Luckily, it looks like the next Battle Pass is also a lot better than the first. In fact, all of these amazing cosmetics are coming to the Halo Infinite Season 2 Battle Pass when the update drops.
