The launch of Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 Season 1 brings a revamped Battle Pass for players to work on. Check out all of the Season 1 Battle Pass rewards and tiers below.
Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 Season 1 are here, bringing the main batch of content to MW2 while giving players their first taste of CoD’s new battle royale.
On top of all that, Season 1 also introduces the first new Battle Pass for both titles, giving players over 100 unlockable rewards, from new weapons to Operators. The linear system of previous seasons has been changed in the new games, with the developers opting for a “Combat Map” layout where players can choose their own rewards.
We’ve got everything you need to know about the Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 Season 1 Battle Pass below, from the rewards on offer to the price.
Warzone 2 & Modern Warfare 2 Season 1 Battle Pass: Prices and Bundles
The standard Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 Season 1 Battle Pass price should be 1,000 CoD Points, the same one we saw in the original Warzone. Both games share progression, so purchasing the Battle Pass in MW2 will also unlock it in Warzone 2 and vice versa.
There will probably also be a more expensive option for 2,400 CoD Pointswhich comes with a handful of free tier skips, as well as a Legendary Operator skin.
However, we won’t have a clear picture of pricing until the Season 1 Battle Pass goes live; check back here for the latest details.
Warzone 2 & Modern Warfare 2 Season 1 Battle Pass: New Weapons
The Season One Battle Pass comes with two new weapons for players to unlock. The first of them is the Victus XMRa deadly sniper rifle looking to dominate the meta at long range in Warzone and Modern Warfare 2 Season 1.
Then the second new weapon is the BAS-P, a rapid-fire SMG that can shred enemies in close combat. These two new weapons are among 20 free rewards which can be claimed on the Season 1 Battle Pass, but it’s not yet clear what tier or sector they are in.
Two other weapons will also be added later in Season 1 – the Chimera and M13B Assault Rifles. However, these will be unlocked through challenges rather than the Battle Pass.
